Job Title: Executive Assistant – TMT Investment Banking

Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 per annum (DOE)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced team within the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) group at a leading global investment bank. Based in New York, this role demands precision, stamina, and a high level of polish—supporting multiple senior bankers in an environment where urgency and accuracy are non-negotiable.

You will play a critical role in keeping the team on track, managing complex logistics, and handling sensitive communications with professionalism and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide calendar, travel, and meeting support to multiple MDs and senior team members

• Coordinate internal and external meetings, client roadshows, and deal-related logistics

• Prepare and process expenses, timesheets, and compliance documentation

• Manage high-volume inbox traffic and ensure timely follow-up on critical items

• Liaise with clients, investors, and internal departments with discretion and tact

• Support document production, NDAs, and pitchbook distribution under tight deadlines

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years’ experience in investment banking or financial services, supporting senior professionals

• Strong understanding of the cadence and expectations of front-office banking teams

• Fast, highly organised, and able to manage multiple moving parts in real time

• Discreet, dependable, and comfortable working under pressure

• New York-based with full-time office availability

• Confident communicator and collaborative team player
