Overview

We are hiring an exceptional Executive Assistant to join the trading floor of a global investment bank. This is a high-intensity environment where decisions move markets, and the ability to operate with speed, precision, and resilience is essential.

You will support a group of senior trading and sales leaders, acting as the operational backbone that keeps their day running in real time. Market awareness, sharp instincts, and rapid execution are critical.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time calendar and inbox management in a market-driven environment

  • Coordinate high-volume meetings, investor calls, and internal briefings with zero lag

  • Anticipate shifting priorities and adapt on the fly to constant change

  • Act as floor liaison for urgent operational and compliance requests

  • Manage international travel, expenses, and logistics to the highest standard

  • Maintain discretion and accuracy while under pressure

 

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years’ experience supporting executives in financial services, ideally front-office

  • Exposure to trading floor or investment banking environments is strongly preferred

  • Fast, accurate, and unflappable under pressure

  • Confident communicator with sharp judgment and high situational awareness

  • London-based and available to work in-office full-time

  • Comfortable working early market hours and responding quickly as needed
